SHIPPING &
DELIVERY
An air courier
shipping charge of $25.00 for up to a one pound order, and a
dispensing fee of $5.00 per prescription, with a minimum of $10.00
apply to all orders.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE
If for any reason your
order does not arrive, a credit will be applied to your credit card or
by refund check if you paid by check or money order, equal to the
amount of your purchase, or a replacement shipment will be sent to
you.
The pharmacy will notify
you by email when your order is shipped. The notice will give you an
estimate of the number of days within which your order should arrive,
and will advise you to contact us by email if your delivery is delayed
beyond this time.
If you advise us by
email of a delivery that is taking longer than the shipping notice
estimate, the pharmacy will respond with the courier's tracking number
for the shipment and directions for using this number to learn the
status of your shipment.
If
the courier cannot locate your shipment and give you an expected
delivery date, the pharmacy delivery guarantee will take effect.
Notify the pharmacy of
the lost shipment by email to
dranoman@sltnetl.lk that includes your phone number, and the
courier tracking number. The pharmacy will immediately investigate the
circumstances of the case, and contact you and either reship the order
to you free of all additional charge, or refund your total purchase
price.
Refunds will be made by
electronic credit back to your initial source of payment. If you paid
by credit card, the pharmacy will credit your credit card account, if
you paid by check, they will send a check.
NOTICES YOU WILL RECEIVE
When you first place
your order, you will receive a detailed invoice from us outlining your
order and indicating that the order was accepted by the system and
passed on to the transaction processing service.
During a period of within a few hours to as long as two days, you will
receive another notice from us indicating that the transaction was
accepted for processing by PaySystems. You will also receive a notice
at that time from PaySystems.
If you do not receive
these notices, your order was not registered into our system and
cannot be processed and shipped. Send an email message to
customerservice@importeddrugs.com telling us of this omission. Be
sure to include the last name on the credit card holder that was used
to place the order, and the date of the order, and we will respond
with instructions.
If the transaction is successfully processed, then within another
three to twelve days (three if a credit card, or twelve if an online
check was used), you will receive a notice that the transaction was
successful and your order will be moved into the shipping queue.
Within two business days, you will receive a notice that
your order has been shipped. You can expect delivery within 14 days
or less.
WHEN TO EXPECT DELIVERY
NOTICE: Due to
the war, U. S. Customs has tightened security at the NYC port of
entry. The result is that delivery times are extended an additional 5
to 6 days for as long as the high security state remains in force. Add
5 days to the 14 day delivery times mentioned below.
Paysystems, our payment
processor, will send you an email, usually in less than 48 hours after
ordering, advising that your payment has received final approval.
If you paid by check,
allow approximately 14 days more for your check to clear the
Paysystems procedures.
This message lets us
know that the order is paid, and it is immediately placed in our
system for filling and shipping, and the clock starts running for us.
Within two business
days from receiving notice of payment, we will ship your order, and
send you a shipping notice.
This notice tells you
the date we shipped your order, and also tells you to expect delivery
within 14 days or less. Delivery is almost always in less time than
this.
HOW SHIPMENTS ARE MADE
Since the pharmacy is
overseas, all shipments originate there and are flown into New York
City by an international air courier to clear customs and be turned
over to Airborne Express for delivery in the U.S.
During this leg of the
trip it is not practical to track the package with the international
air courier tracking number, because it will almost certainly be in
New York and already have an Airborne tracking number long before
anyone would normally begin tracking it.
Airborne then uses their
domestic fleet of planes and trucks to deliver the shipment to their
distribution center nearest your address, from which the package comes
to your door by way of an Airborne delivery truck.
If no one will be at
your delivery address to sign for the shipment during the time it
should arrive, you can leave a note on the door directing delivery to
a neighbor who can sign for the package on your behalf.
If no one can sign for
the delivery Airborne will leave a notice with the shipment number and
a contact phone number so you can call them and arrange delivery.
If the delivery address
is a post office box, Airborne will not accept it, and the overseas
courier will mail the package to the PO box by US mail.
WHAT TO DO IF DELIVERY IS
LATE
If the estimated 14 days
maximum time for delivery as it appears on the shipping notice comes
and goes with no delivery, you should notify the pharmacy immediately
using the contact information on the shipping notice.
The pharmacy will obtain
the tracking number for the package and furnish it to you so that you
can contact the carrier and locate the package.

SHIPMENTS WE CANNOT MAKE
We cannot accept, and
will cancel and refund payments for, orders that are directed to
certain destinations. Obviously, we cannot make a courier delivery to
any kind of post office box or military APO address.
